My sweet sister ordered ONE TWENTY pack Sour Strawberry, TWO TEN pack Sweet Strawberry, and one TEN pack Black Cherry gummies. She received ONE TEN pack Sour Strawberry, two ten pack Sweet Strawberry, and one ten pack Black Cherry. When she brought this to the cashiers attention with receipt in hand, he mistakenly insisted that the two 10 pack of Sweet Strawberry was the 20 pack of Sour Strawberry being split up in half. He would not respond to reason and unkindly sent her away very tearful. Don’t come here if you want what you paid for.

First time visiting this location because the one in Naugatuck is *too* popular & as a Med patient, that makes accessibility to products limited. Pre-ordered for 7pm but stopped by around 4:30pm because it was already marked ready. Isaiah made sure it was a speedy check out too, & that made my experience here better!

Every visit to Zen Leaf Waterbury has been a positive experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and incredibly informative. They take the time to answer questions, explain products, and make recommendations without making you feel rushed. No matter who I've worked with, everyone has been knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The dispensary is clean, updated, and well organized, and there's plenty of parking which makes visits easy and convenient. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, but the team here consistently delivers. Highly recommend.
